Art Guidelines

Promotional Images has a full-time in-house graphic artist and embroidery digitizer to help develop your logo/design to fit your needs for both embroidery and screen printing projects.

You may submit your own artwork but should be production-ready, it must comply with the Artwork Submission Guidelines below. If your artwork is not production-ready, it is still a valuable guide for our artist to help visualize what you want while we redraw your artwork.

Promotional Images will determine whether customer submitted artwork is production-ready. If it is not, we may charge an artwork preparation fee.

Acceptable file formats are:

Vector art in Illustrator (.ai), CorelDraw (.cdr) format, or a high resolution (300-600 dpi) Photoshop (.psd) file in layers or channels.

For vector files, convert text to outlines, curves, or paths. If not converted, please send the font file.

Send ALL support files or images (scans, logos, etc.) used.

For embroidery jobs, a "jeg" file is generally sufficient but a vector file such as a vector "pdf" is recommended.

Submit artwork by emailing the file to info@promotionalimages.com, or providing on a CD or USB Jump drive.
